DESCRIPTION : |
|
Butyl Rubber sheet
/ roll is a very low permeability to air & other
gases. These sheets have excellent resistance to
sunlight, ozone & oxidation. The operating
temperature resistivity ranges from (-30°C to
+110°C). It is resistant to most inorganic
products and best resistance to mineral acids &
alkaline.

APPLICATIONS : |
|
These sheets / rolls are used for Chemical tank
lining, Pharmaceutical stoppers, Acid protective
clothing & many more applications.
|

PROPERTY : |
|
Very good resistance to acids & alkalis. Very
good for low resilience applications like shock
absorber & vibration dampers. Not recommended
its use in applications where resistance to oils
& hydrocarbons is required.

RECOMMENDATIONS REGARDING STORAGE AFTER RECEIPT |

Store
according to DIN 7716 standards. |

Products must
be stored in cool, dry & dark places with temperature ranging between
10°C to 30°C, sheltered from the sun & free from ozone for better shelf
life. |
|
Avoid contact
with hydrocarbons, solvents. |
|
If there is
any doubt about the condition of sheet/roll, they should be retested
before putting into service. |
|
Products
should be issued in the order of their date of manufacture. |
